I have used Terry Larson on 5 real estate transactions and I would not even consider using another agent! She is sharp and knowledgeable about the real estate market here in greater Boulder. She handled all aspects of the buying and selling of my homes and rental properties. Made it incredibly easy and painless for me.

Terry helped us purchase our home in 2020 and also was our agent when we sold that home in 2022. Her expertise is amazing. She helped us prepare our property for market and was in constant contact with us during the selling process. Her attention to detail is like nothing I've experienced before! I recently worked with Terry to buy my first property and she made the process so easy. She had great insight about potential properties as well as their surrounding areas and how they compare to other options. When the time came to make an offer she worked very quickly to be the first offer in. After the offer was accepted she guided me through the process of buying and made everything very easy to understand. She was always available for any questions or requests I had and I never had to worry about whether there was going to be any bumps in the road I wasn't prepared for. I would absolutely work with Terry again if I every buy or sell another property in the area, and would recommend her to any friends or family looking for the same.

I would give Terry 10 stars if I could. She is absolutely a joy to work with. We flew in from out of town on a Wednesday and went to contract on that Friday. Terry homed in on exactly what we were looking for and made certain we did not make any missteps. She is highly knowledgeable about the market and pointed us in the right direction. She also made great recommendations for lenders, insurance agents, etc. All of her advice was spot on.
