We started looking for homes when the market was really tough. Houses were going for well above asking with lots of competitive offers. Kimberly was amazing and went above and beyond to get us our home! Her knowledge on the market, which houses to go for and how to navigate the system showed her expertise and experience. To begin, my husband and I live about an hour away in Ft Collins and we were looking for a "kiddie condo" for our son who attends the University.
