As a newcomer to the US from overseas purchasing our first home here - we weren't the easiest of clients. Jason was knowledgeable, attentive (no question was too stupid!), helpful to the extreme, available when we needed him and coordinated our mortgage, inspection, contractor for renovation estimate, closing...everything. We felt we had an experienced and helpful guiding hand throughout the process. We successfully closed on the first place we put an offer on in a very competitive market. We've already referred him to friends also in the market to buy.

Jason was my agent when I purchased a town home in Broomfield Co. This home was still under construction when Jason showed me the property. As I don't live close to the home Jason was very involved with overseeing the project. He is very knowledgeable and interested in helping clients get the best home for their money. I could not have done all this without his help.

I needed to buy a house in south boulder in 2015 and I had a very positive experience with Jason as a Buyers agent. I most appreciated Jasons responsiveness, diligence and engagement in helping find the right house. In the overheated boulder market, timing is everything. I had a previous experience where I missed out on a house I wanted because the agent never contacted me until after the weekend and there was already an offer on the house. Jason was great in not only maintaining the proper computer search, but he would reach out directly with any new listings in which time would be important. Jason's diligence paid off, when he identified a house that although was outside my initial search criteria, had been on the market for a while and might be had a less than asking (a rarity last year). I ws able to make a bid within my budget and got the house. Turns out it was a diamond in the rough; after some paint and minor fix ups, the place is great -- much better than anything I could have hoped for given what was on the market at that time. _and_ six months later, its already estimated at 5% more than I paid. Jason was very knowledgeable and thorough during the whole offer, inspection, and closing process. He was always available to help with any issues of questions before and after the closing of the house. I've already recommended Jason to friends of mine and I'd highly recommend jason as a buyers agent to anyone else
