In today's housing market you really need to understand how things work and what's best for the client. Steve truly knows the housing market and how it benefits the client. He looks out for the best interest of the client and communicates very well. Steve also demonstrated being persistent as clients continue to get out bid. He's constantly working for his client's and puts there interests first.
