To start with, I am a very hard customer to work with. My son and I were buying a house together and we had a list of requirements that was really hard to find. On top of that, we were not ready to list our house until we found the house that we wanted. Jeff was very patient with us and showed houses that met our criteria, which was not easy. After 4 months of looking, he found our dream house, we had put offers before on other houses and did not get them. This one we had to have. We had to get our house on the market fast and sell quickly n order to but the new house. Jeff was fantastic through the whole process and was able to have showings really fast. Our first buyer fell through and it look like we were not going to get our new dream house, but Jeff came through and found a buyer for us. He made everyone happy.
