Jeff was very attentive to all questions and concerns during my home purchase. I had many issues with new construction dates and he stepped in to assist when I needed help. He is also very knowledgeable on the area and my specific subdivision.

I am so grateful we decided to go through Stacey to sell our house. From the first time we contacted her, I knew we made the right decision. I felt like every time I contacted her, she put down whatever she was doing and focused on me and getting my questions answered. She went so above and beyond to help. Even after we signed our loan papers, I pestered her with trailing questions and she still helped immediately, extensively, and with the most positive and helpful attitude. Every step, she was amazing and made this daunting task of selling my first house feel easy....I didn't think that was possible. She's incredible!

We had the pleasure of working with Stacey on two occasions, and both times she was absolutely fantastic! I would definitely recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a great realtor! Thanks again, Stacey!

Holly helped us through out the process from the beginning to the closing time. She made sure to explain to us expectations and outcome of every step of the way. she had a really good understanding of the local market and we’d use here again the next time we buy or sell a home. Highly recommended!”

Working with Darlene was such a delight! We've bought and sold 3 houses now and working with Darlene to sell our home in Colorado was such a pleasant experience. She took care of everything and I believe her expertise is why our house sold in 24 hours, 30k over what we paid for it 6 months earlier! She's approachable, responsive, and just a really nice human being! I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Holly was very thorough, immersed in the details, great with reminders, fast at setting up pictures, websites, and ultimately selling our home in ONE day!! Couldn’t have asked for more or better. 😊

Holly sold our home on Winona Place. She knows the market, priced it aggressively , and it was under contract in less than 24 hours. Piloted the ship right thru the close. The best of the best.

I cannot recommend Stacey enough! I was living out of state when looking to purchase my home in Colorado - that can be extremely daunting but Stacey made me feel very confident making the decision - she was so patient and took the time to facetime me from every house and no request was too much. She handled the process from start to finish, with me 2000 miles away. It is very hard to buy a home from another state but Stacey helped me do it and I found the right house. She is absolutely someone you can trust to help the right decision for YOU.
