Always worked hard to make sure our needs were prioritized. Made it easy for us even if it meant working on weekends. I asked Marc to help sell and buy a new house. Marc knew what to list it for. He did a walk through of the house. Told me what needed to be adressed prior to listing. The house was on the market for three days and recieved full offer. During the nagotion process Marc faught hard. While looking at homes. Marc showed us houses in the area we wanted. He was very promt and flexible to showings. He knew what to look for and gave us honest opinions. Every went very smooth. Couldnt be happier with my decision to Marc.

I'm a recent first time home buyer and learned that there are a lot of moving parts within real estate transactions. I feel like Holly both guided me through the process and helped me to get the best deal possible in multiple aspects. All in all, Holly made the home buying process a seamless and fun experience.

Brenda was really helpful. She helped us find a beautiful home in just a few months. With today’s market, houses are selling so fast. Brenda helped us with multiple offers until we finally found a beautiful new home. She was there for every step of the process and went over the top to help us with the new build through Lennar. There were some difficulties with the build but she helped ensure we would be happy with our purchase. Stood by our side and helped make things easy. Sure enough, I would recommend Brenda to everyone! I found my dream home.

Stacey is the best! She’s so friendly and definitely knows what’s she’s doing. She always responded quickly and was available whenever I needed her. She was very efficient with setting up showings and always seemed to know what I was looking for in a home. She took all the work out of my hands with selling my old home and helping me find my new forever home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing help to buy or sell their home.

Holly was more than we could ever ask for in an agent! She knows the local market - exactly what buyers are looking for, where they are looking, and how to put your house at the top of their list. Our list price was spot on, had 10 listings the first day, and were under contract before the end of the day at over list price. Holly guided us through the contract and negotiations with her calm and encouraging personality. She answered all our questions, and celebrated our sale with true enthusiasm. No need to look any further for the BEST agent in the north metro area.
