Always and I mean at all times they are available to answer questions, they really hustle for you. They have great advice but allow you to make decisions at every step of the way. Bambi made our first time home-buying process a piece of cake. She was honest with us about the ridiculous state of the market in early 2021, she let us know all of our options during negotiations, and thoroughly explained the process to us to a point where we had few lingering questions that she had not addressed before we even had a chance to ask! She was unbiased and professional at every turn, connecting us to several trusted home inspectors, a handful of great lenders, including the one we went with that had a 21 day closing timeline, and gave us a lot of agency in the entire process. Bambi gave us choices when we wanted to decide and suggestions when we needed help. She made herself available whenever we wanted to look at homes and was sure to get us appointments beforehand. When it came to put an offer in on a house, she was frank with us about the interest on the house and the likely obstacles in our path, enabling us to put a strong offer on the home. After all, she got us our first offer! As a first time home buyer, I could not ask for anyone more knowledgeable, respectful, and professional than Bambi. 100% would recommend to anyone in the area.

Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market, but has many great connections with other realtors. So we knew going into this, we were in great hands. We ended up in our dream home and were even able to negotiate a better deal on the home and have the seller do several repairs at their cost.
