I cannot recommend Stacey Alyk enough if you need a realtor in the Denver area! She is professional, knowledgable and very personable. The journey to sell our house took almost a year with lots of hoops to jump through. Stacey checked in often and at every new obstacle she helped figure out the next steps and communicated with ease and clear guidance. Her curiosity and willingness to go the extra mile was commendable. Once we got thru the red tape, getting it on the market was quick and easy. Stacey was very frank about what would and would not optimize the value of our property and we managed to have a suitable buyer in just a matter of days. She was quick to answer my questions and talk me down if I started to feel like I was getting in over my head. She was a true partner thru the whole process and I was very grateful to have her on my team. You can't go wrong with Stacey Alyk. She's the real deal. :)
