I cannot see enough good things about Holly! She had great ideas for staging the house and what repairs were necessary. Her marketing skills are un phenomenal. The house was on the market for one day it’s sold. Holly got me more money for the house than what I expected to receive. Holly is both professional and very personable, I felt like she was my best friend during this whole process.

Holly was amazing and really walked me and my fiancé through the home buying process, she not only helped us with searching for a house, but also picking the right people that made us confident in our decisions and understanding of what was happening. Holly was very easy to work with and did not hesitate when we asked if we could talk to her. She got us a very good deal on the home we wanted for our future and for our family. Overall we could not have asked for a better agent or a better experience!!

Holly helped us buy a home when few were available, and a townhome during a normal buying market. Then she helped us sell the townhouse during a hot market, and the house during a slow market. All transactions were profitable and done in less than the average selling time.
