Working with Nate was terrific. He was extremely available to us by text and phone and excellent at the negotiation stage and at ensuring the seller followed through on all of their promises before closing. He made his schedule very flexible so that he could meet our needs. Any time Nate didn't know the answer to a question, he promised to get us an answer ASAP and always did. He's a warm and funny guy and great to spend time with while you're in home search mode! He really went above and beyond, and we'll definitely recommend him to friends and family.

We had the pleasure of working with Holly to buy our new home and sell our old one, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Holly was incredibly responsive throughout the process, which was a top priority for us. She made sure we were always in the loop, consistently reaching out via calls and texts, making the experience feel personal and seamless. Beyond her communication, Holly was extremely knowledgeable about the market, which was invaluable when it came time to sell and buy. She helped us list our house at the perfect time, ensuring we got the best possible outcome. Holly was always welcoming of our questions, making us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about your needs, we highly recommend Holly!

Nate took great care of us for both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. We had many unforeseen challenges come up during our home sale and Nate was super proactive and responded immediately to anything that came up. Also was a great partner in strategies and resolutions. Will work with him again and would recommend him to anyone. Nick & Caroline Rose

I am so glad our friend referred us to Nate. We lived out of state and was trying to sell our home in Colorado. Nate went above and beyond our expectations. If we needed someone to clean the carpet or an HVAC tech or whomever, Nate found us one. If we needed something checked out, Nate got us! We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Nate!

Over the past I would say 5 years my husband and I have been looking for a retirement single level home for our future living arrangement. Holly has been our realtor throughout this process. She has the patients of a Saint I’d say! As a house we wanted did not go through as planned I never gave up neither did she! We finally found our forever home in a 55 and older community! We are excited it’s perfect! I would give Holly 6 stars if I could! Loved working with her and if I ever need help again she would be the first I’d call!

Kelley has not only helped me buy my first home, but when a massive job opportunity came about & I had to sell my home in a pinch; she was AMAZING. Navigating the market at the moment can be insane & scary! Not only did she help me sell my home quickly I was also able to make some money on the sale (which in this market can be hard!!) I trust Kelley to lead me through any home buying / selling for years to come.

Holly was fantastic! We were looking for a very specific situation and the minute we found a house we wanted to see, Holly was on the phone setting up a showing. Holly was always easy to reach and available for a text or call. We wanted a few stipulations included in our deal and Holly negotiated on our behalf until we got what we wanted. If I had to enter the buying process again I will absolutely work with Holly again.

We moved to Texas about two months before our house sold and Holly stepped up and took over for us in our absence. She coordinated the repairs and the movers while we were in Texas. I appreciate everything she had done for us. Thanks Holly!
