We were so happy dealing with Nate. He made everything so easy & seamless. He has become our forever friend & we absolutely consider him a part of our family! We had many low times where Nate always stepped in to boost our egos & reassure us everything will be ok! Nate is so easygoing & relaxed yet he gets it done! So we sold our house the minute Nate & his wife were literally in the hospital having their baby girl. As much as we wanted Nate to be there for us, he sure was. Blessings to his wife…we owe you! We’ll watch all the kids so you 2 can have a night out! , Another great point is that do we had a showing come up and neither my husband nor I could be there to let the dog out. So we had to decline the showing. Nate however said he would drive 40+ miles to walk our dog!! Who does that? Nate Lofton does!! He is such an amazing person & we couldn’t have asked for more.

Nate is not only our realtor but has become a forever friend! He is absolutely phenomenal to work with! He is ALWAYS available as in always answers his phone, always answers our questions & is very compassionate & truly cares for his clients needs & wants. Nate consistently goes above & beyond to make everything right for his clients. Here is a perfect example: we had a showing come up to where neither my husband or I could leave work to go get our dog to let him out. We were going to cancel the showing but Nate stepped up & said he would drive 40+ minutes to our house to grab our dog & take him for a walk so we didn’t have to cancel the showing…..who does that?!? We’ll….Nate Lofton does that as your realtor!!! We were so surprised & relieved. Kelley has her thumb on the pulse of this stupid, crazy market - and it is crazy (if you know, you know)... Without writing a novel, I'll sum it up with this; Kelley gave white glove service. With patience and grace, she educated us on the dynamics of the market and balanced that with what we brought to the table as far as our needs went. She listened, (rare), and went the extra mile to make sure we were getting what we needed in our budget range. When time came to strike, she struck and we got exactly what we needed. When I met with Nate I told him exactly what I was looking for, what my expectations were and what I needed from him. He not only accepted the challenge, he went above and beyond to make it the most easy and smooth transition for me! My open house was like an exclusive party and after that we received two offers! Nate walked us through both and we accepted and opened escrow! Through the 30 days, Nate showed up to everything and made sure everything went smoothly. We closed with no issues! I cannot recommend Stacey Alyk enough if you need a realtor in the Denver area! She is professional, knowledgable and very personable. The journey to sell our house took almost a year with lots of hoops to jump through. Stacey checked in often and at every new obstacle she helped figure out the next steps and communicated with ease and clear guidance. Her curiosity and willingness to go the extra mile was commendable. Once we got thru the red tape, getting it on the market was quick and easy. Stacey was very frank about what would and would not optimize the value of our property and we managed to have a suitable buyer in just a matter of days. She was quick to answer my questions and talk me down if I started to feel like I was getting in over my head.
