From the moment Evelyn walked through our front door, my family knew we were in good hands! Her marketing materials were explained clearly & in great detail. After a tour of our home, Evelyn gave us a list of suggested improvements & was also able to provide us with a list of qualified contractors to contact. The photographs & virtual tour she selected were very professional as compared to other homes we viewed online. Our home received an offer just a couple days after going on the market & Evelyn continued to stay in touch with us & explain every step of the closing process. Evelyn’s thorough knowledge of Real Estate was certainly evident, but for my family her greatest asset was her patience, warmth & compassion in dealing with an emotional sale of home.

These all brought in the best full-priced offer. She also had her team at ReMAX to consult with so that she provided the best feedback and information to me. She walked through the process step by step in away that wasn't overwhelming.

Evelyn did an amazing job for our family. Several items needed to be corrected & improved before the home could be listed & all of her referrals (painter, carpet instillation, handyman) were efficient & reasonably priced. Her Marketing Plan brought an over-asking offer after just 3 days! Evelyn continued to communicate with multiple family members, who were involved with the sale of this home in both a friendly, compassionate manner and also an extremely professional manner. Her efforts resulted in a successful closing in just over 30 days. I have worked with many other Realtors in the past, but none of them could exceed her warmth & professionalism! Jeff and Melani helped me at an extremely difficult time, my son died suddenly the day after his 31st birthday, leaving behind a blessing of my only granddaughter, 5 years old with the house being the only asset for my granddaughters future. I was terrified at the very thought of trying to purchase a home in Colorado’s VERY competitive market. Evelyn made the whole process very easy. I felt well informed throughout the process. I was especially pleased when Kelley went over the inspection report in detail and gave great advice on how to proceed. Although the market was tight we were able to get some important things fixed! So helpful!
