Cheryl has been selling homes here for decades, Aly, her daughter, was patient and focused on helping me find just the right home. Cheryl and Ally Rellstab are the most amazing realtor team ever! Not only did they sell my home for over-asking price, any and every hiccup that came up, they were on it and fixed. Even to the point of Cheryl’s amazing husband, Ken Holbrook, an awesome electrician, fixing everything to make our escrow work. They are wonderful. My biggest thank you goes to Ally. Our home closed the day of the last fire in Nevada City. We were evacuated and had to leave. House was a mess, we couldn’t even finish our last load and we were being evacuated. I sat on my steps with Ally and she said, “Don’t worry, I got this” and she did. She finished the job I couldn’t because we had to leave. She cleaned my house from top to bottom and the new owners had not a one complaint, thanks to Ally! Team Rellstab is beyond amazing :) coolest people ever
