Team Rellstab were our realtor during our new home purchase and provided excellent service and communication. Because of their longtime association with the area they knew just the perfect neighborhoods to explore and well as local people/business resources to use during the process. Thanks Cheryl and Aly!

Ally was and is an amazing resource even after finishing business with Ally she remains available for help. As a first-time homeowner, I am grateful to have worked with such awesome people.

Aly gained my trust instantly by talking me out of buying land that she had listed for sale. She knew it wasn't right for us, moreover, she didn't just push us into something else immediately. She recommended we stay in our current low cost rental until someday down the road when the right home came up. Well, several months later, we actively sought her to be our agent. After viewing a few homes, and the frustration of every home selling so quickly, I said "Aly you're gonna have to find us something that is off the market!" Well, she did exactly that. And now we're in our dream home. It was the smoothest transaction -no hidden surprises whatsoever. Aly really went above and beyond, she was never pushy, and most importantly she genuinely had our best interest in mind. I highly recommend contacting Aly if you're looking for a home in the gold country!

Cheryl has been selling homes here for decades, Aly, her daughter, was patient and focused on helping me find just the right home. A few unusual questions I had we bounced off of Cheryl for confirmation, second opinion, or history from decades past. It took 7 months to find the perfect property. Aly didn't tire of my asking to view properties even when we both knew they were more expensive than I could afford. Viewing so many homes helped me recognize a bargain when I found it. I had begun my search with a different top real estate company and switched to Aly because they weren't responsive and Aly was. Thanks Aly,

Cheryl and Allison were quick to respond, quick to setup viewings, worked around our busy schedule, have a thorough knowledge of the area, and were a pleasure to work with! We are new to the area, and Allison helped us with a wide range of contacts, referrals, and recommendations. She kept all of our needs in mind, to find the perfect house for us. I have already recommended Allison and Cheryl to two of our friends, as we were so pleased with how easy they made everything!

Not only did Maria help me every step of the way, but she also did a lot of behind the scenes stuff to make sure that my home sold in time to make the cut off for the other property.

Cheryl and Ally Rellstab are the most amazing realtor team ever! Not only did they sell my home for over-asking price, any and every hiccup that came up, they were on it and fixed. Even to the point of Cheryl’s amazing husband, Ken Holbrook, an awesome electrician, fixing everything to make our escrow work. They are wonderful. My biggest thank you goes to Ally. Our home closed the day of the last fire in Nevada City. We were evacuated and had to leave. House was a mess, we couldn’t even finish our last load and we were being evacuated. I sat on my steps with Ally and she said, “Don’t worry, I got this” and she did. She finished the job I couldn’t because we had to leave. She cleaned my house from top to bottom and the new owners had not a one complaint, thanks to Ally! Team Rellstab is beyond amazing :) coolest people ever

Aly is amazing. Always on top of every situation. Extremely knowledgeable of the area, the market and where it’s trending. I’ve worked with a bunch of agents in my days and Aly is top notch. I would highly recommend her — no question. You’ll be in great hands and can trust you’ll be covered. Don’t even bother looking anywhere else.

I was intimidated in purchasing a home I spoke with Ali over the phone and she eased my mind. She was great to work with very easy going and very professional. I would recommend her and her team to anyone looking for professional service.

Aly is absolutely amazing. She was born and raised in Nevada County and knows who’s who and everything you might need to know about every micro area there is. I’ve dealt with a few agents in my time and I will not work with any one else ever again. You’ll be in trusted hands. Relax and rest assured you will be partnering with a trusted professional. I cannot recommend Aly more highly. I was impressed.

I chose to work with Allison because I wanted to to be represented by someone I didn't already know and she was the listing agent on a property which piqued my interest. Choosing to work with Allison turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made because she is just outstanding. I'm not a high-end client and I ended up buying a property listed by one of Allison's competitors, but throughout the search and showing me several different properties, Allison always made me feel like her most important client. She was always in good contact but never bothersome and always prompt at returning my calls. Ultimately, within only several weeks Allison got me the deal I wanted on a property that fulfilled all my search requirements and I am very comfortable in my new home and proud to be a homeowner again. Allison's high energy, attention to my preferences and priorities, and her dedication to representing my interests above all else gives me no pause to recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell real estate. Thank you, Allison!
