Cheryl and Aly were wonderful to work with. They went well beyond th expected handling of papes and negotiations; they made us feel comfortable during this stressful time of a down market. They helped us sell various items in local media insuring that so much did not go to spoils at the transfer station. Almost nothing did. Aly and Cheryl were easy to get ahold of via phone, as needed, and understood our needs and limitations in sourcing personnel that could help us move smaller items. They were also aware that we would likely have many details that needed prompt adressing. Aly and Cheryl were also very candid and related, and sincerely so, as friends that had our best interest at hand. We will miss seeing them as often as we have during this period of selling our home...they are also interesting people with whom to converse and "just be around." And, I almost forgot to add; Cheryl and Aly have lived in Grass Valley for the majority of their lives and are familiar with every aspect and district within our wonderful county. (We made an intra county move.) I can't find any negative aspects re. their expertise and professionalism; they droped no balls during this complicated process. I can only surmise that we received service akin to conciarge service in a higher end hotel or cruise ship.
