I met Dawn at an open house and decided to give her a try since I didn’t know a real estate agent local to Nevada County. My fiancé and I were visiting the area to get a feel for it and were planning to return home (3 hours away) the next afternoon. There were 5 houses we had driven by and Dawn was able to get us into all of them before we left. She continued to hustle for us on our subsequent return visits until we found THE ONE. Dawn’s knowledge of the area, her persistence, savvy, and kindness make her an outstanding real estate agent.
