Team Rellstab is your “GoTo” experts when looking for a home in the Grass Valley and Nevada City Area. I dealt exclusively with team lead; Elizabeth Smiraglia. Elizabeth is poised and professional; listening to the customer’s likes and dislikes. She was able to find and have us visit/walk thru our dream home 3 days before it was listed. After we bought othe home; Cheryl, & Aly Rellstab always kept in contact with us providing advice on how to navigate the area and provide invaluable insight into the ins and outs of Nevada County. Team Rellstab treat you like family. I highly recommend them- therev is no better

Cheryl and Aly are two professionals that I recommend without hesitation. Together they made the sale of my house happen despite the fact that I was already living out of town. They took great care of me during this major transition and put me completely at ease throughout the process. They put a great deal of work in to make the process simpler for me. Highly recommend Cheryl and Aly Rellstab as agents who have a clear handle on both the personal and practical aspects of real estate.

During my journey with Cheryl and Aly they were very compassionate as both my parents had just passed away and it was a hard time for me, they both were so kind and professional and hardworking to make it all happen. I was able to call whenever I had questions and they always had the answer. I was so impressed with the photographer they used as well, it absolutely took my breath away.

When looking for a realtor to sell our home, we wanted someone who would provide outstanding marketing and would be open to our thoughts regarding the sale price of our home. We also wanted a realtor who would take extra steps to sell our house and make the whole process simple for us. Cheryl and Aly Rellstab were the realtors for us. We could not have been more satisfied with their work starting with the professional photos and video of our home. We also appreciated their quick response to all of our inquiries and their updates regarding interest in our home. Selling a home can be stressful, but they made the experience easier. I highly recommend Cheryl and Aly to anyone getting ready to sell their home.

My wife and I worked with Aly for over 10 months to find the right house. Aly has learned everything from her Mom, Cheryl. She knows the area and knows the value of homes in all their various conditions. Aly's patience and knowledge were invaluable to helping us find our home, at an acceptable price in the right location. I highly recommend Cheryl and Aly for finding the right home for your budget and family needs. Totally happy!

Aly Rellstab was both friendly and professional. She worked tirelessly for us during the year we were searching our new home. Aly took the time to get to know our family and understand what we were really looking for. And she didn't let us settle for less when we became discouraged. Aly kept reminding us that we would find the place the feels like "home," and she was right. Aly also took the time to teach all we needed to know as first time home buyers, and she was willing to give us her honest opinion based on my many years of experience buying & selling homes and working with trades people in the process. Thank you Aly and Cheryl for staying the course with our family. Thank you for truly caring that we are happy with the property we purchased.

These amazing women go above and beyond. This was by no means an ordinary or easy situation and they handled it exceptionally. By far the best agents of Nevada County. I am so thankful to these stunning women and cannot recommend them enough. If you want a power team they are who you need.

I had a great experience working with Ally and Cheryl. Everything went smoothly, quickly, and with minimum stress. They gave me good advice about the selling price. The staging of the house made a dramatic effect which was key to a quick sale. My house got offers immediately and we accepted an offer a little above the asking price. They are unflappable and helped me navigate inspections and contingencies. Any surprises were handled quickly. Their network of contacts for work that needed to be done was very helpful. Did I mention Cheryl bakes an incredible pie? I had a fantastic experience working with the Rellstabs, and I give them my highest recommendation.
