I had a great experience working with Ally and Cheryl. Everything went smoothly, quickly, and with minimum stress. They gave me good advice about the selling price. The staging of the house made a dramatic effect which was key to a quick sale. My house got offers immediately and we accepted an offer a little above the asking price. They are unflappable and helped me navigate inspections and contingencies. Any surprises were handled quickly. Their network of contacts for work that needed to be done was very helpful.
