Ally and Cheryl sold my Mothers home of over 60 years in less than 4 hours on the market and over the asking price. They worked with me to optimize the property to its full potential for sale. They know the market place in Nevada County and will always be honest with you. I consider them family now and could not be happier.

My thanks to Cheryl Rellstab for her wise guidance in the home purchasing process. Although I identified the new property, she moved quickly to help me secure it through wise negotiation.

This was our second purchase through Cheryl and Aly. They found what we were looking for and Aly was terrific at coordinating resources to simplify the process and bring us peace of mind.

We loved working with Cheryl. Everything went so smoothly because of her competence and efficiency. We would strongly recommend her. She repeatedly went beyond the call of duty and her pies are out of this world. Frank and Carol Mcdonald

Cheryl and Aly are great team. They combine a wealth of experience and energy. We received a full cash offer two days after our listing was posted. Close in 21 days. By far the smoothest real estate transaction we have experienced. We can’t recommend Cheryl and Aly enough.

We met Cheryl when she represented the seller when we bought on Indian Trail. She and daughter Ally know the real estate market. When we decided to move Cheryl was the realtor that came to mind. She listed our home and a week or so later we sold. Handled the sale with great knowledge.

I don't have the words, to express my gratitude. I would recommend Cheryl and Aly to everyone if I didn't sell my house and move away. I was treated professionally and I feel that they went above and far beyond expected or imagined.

As an out-of-town property owner it was very important to get the best advice available. You get this with Cheryl and Ali. They know their market, the know the properties, and they know how to deal with buyers, sellers, and Realtors. Extremely Important ! ! ! I have used them in the past and will in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

I've gone throug the process of both buying and selling with Allison. shes always been there for every question every concern I've ever voiced. Allison is really genuine and always takes the time to explain everything in detail. Even after the sale is final she stays in contact and returns your calls. Last but not least Cheryl makes the best pies and she is super helpful as well. They make a great team and I'll never use anyone else for my real-estate needs.

I lived in Nevada County/City for 10 years. When I decided to sell my home 6 months ago, I knew who exactly to call, Cheryl and Aly Rellstab. They are extremely professional, competent, ethical realtors, who understand the stress, related to selling your home. They handled everything, throughout the process. They are extremely knowledgeable of the area. Cheryl has over 30 years of experience in the area, her daughter Aly, brings all the latest technology and social media marketing to the equation, along with Aly and Cheryl knowing the most competent inspectors in the area, which gives you the piece of mind, whether you’re a seller or buyer. I highly recommend this team, they literally are the best agents in the area. I’m very thankful for their support, during this process.
