Rich assisted us in finding a home in 2003 that met all our needs and then again when we sold the same home in 2019. We feel that Rich went out of his way in getting the home ready for sale, pricing and counseling us through the entire transaction. Rich was there for everything and met with us every time we asked. He counseled us and always provided great incite. He clearly went above and beyond the call of duty. We never felt like it was just another sale with a realtor. We felt like our best interests were more important than the commission. We highly recommend Rich for his excellent customer service and knowledge. We love him as a person and a professional.

I’ve known Tracy for years now. She knows her stuff! She helped us figure out what we needed to fix to sell and what not to bother with. She knows the value of land and what things are really going for in our area. We had other realtors tell us to “shoot for the moon” and try to sell at a price $50k less than what Tracy had us list for, because she knows land value. It sold for over asking! She helped my brother, sister and parents sell their homes with amazing deals as well! She’s been buying and selling homes for over 20 years. It’s not her hobby, it’s her job.

I found Gina through a friend and called her up the next day to ask if she'd show me some houses the very next Sunday. I'd unexpectedly fallen in love with a house and wanted to see all the others like it in the neighborhood before I made a decision. Gina is the most patient, non-pushy knowledgeable realtor I have ever had the privilege of working with. She is more concerned about finding you the right house at the right price than making her commission. I want to start out by saying that before Gretchen helped us find the house that we are in now, we were involved in a long, drawn out and convoluted short sale. Gretchen worked with us for a total of seven months and during that time her commitment, dedication and professionalism never waned. My wife really liked that she made the home buying experience easy to understand and made it so it didn't feel so daunting. When problems or issues came up, she always had a plan to mitigate the circumstance and work through it so we were happy. I enjoyed how quick she was to respond back and always kept us in the loop and up to date on events. We never felt like we were being a bother or that we weren't an important client to her. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a competent, friendly and professional realtor to help buy their home and if it ever comes up in the future, we would definitely work with her again.
