Rich was there every step of the way. He was able to answer any question I had. He also had a couple finance companies available if I needed assistance. He held open houses, and he was there for my appraisal and home inspections. He was able to sell my house in just a couple weeks.
Rich assisted us in finding a home in 2003 that met all our needs and then again when we sold the same home in 2019. We feel that Rich went out of his way in getting the home ready for sale, pricing and counseling us through the entire transaction. Rich was there for everything and met with us every time we asked. He counseled us and always provided great incite. He clearly went above and beyond the call of duty. We never felt like it was just another sale with a realtor. We felt like our best interests were more important than the commission. We highly recommend Rich for his excellent customer service and knowledge. We love him as a person and a professional.
