Karin is the BEST! I own approximately $3 million of real estate and she is the best realtor I've ever worked with. Not only is she friendly, but she is extraordinarily responsive, helpful, and communicative. She keeps you up-to-date on everything that is happening with your deal and your property, and if you have special needs, she either knows the right person, finds the right person, or does it herself. I wish I had a need to buy something in the Melbourne area so that I could use her.
In one of my transactions, an unusual deal involving three party transaction: Party 1 sold to Party 2, and Party 2 sold to Party 3 (me). She represented none of us, but when it got tricky (too many attorneys), I asked her to help all of us. She put both transactions together. I voluntarily paid her a fee which was certainly not enough.
Six years later, I was so grateful that she was available and willing to be my broker when I sold the property I had purchased in that peculiar deal.
In the process, since I live out of state, she went "above and beyond" in multiple respects: helped me find a storage unit, moved all my stuff into storage, helped me sell a car I owned at the property I was selling, found painters, repair people, cleaners. I was amazed every day during the process.
Some advice: Hire Karin. She will make your transaction, regardless of how much "hair" it has on it, proceed from start to finish as smooth as silk.
