Deborah Tomczak helped us purchase our Florida property 14 years ago and we selected her to help with its recent sale based on that experience; we are very glad we did! She provided realistic and sound advice on the marketing and selling process in a "buyer's market" atmosphere. We had two failed contracts before one that went through successfully and she was very patient and consistently helpful throughout. Despite having other clients with likely greater profit margins, she was consistently and rapidly responsive to our questions and issues during the selling process. Her references to her extensive previous experience were a useful guide in dealing with various issues. She was optimistic and cheerful but still realistic as we went through the ups and downs of our selling process. She provided contact information for additional resources requiring specialty repairs to resolve inspection issues and also estate sales management and subsequent cleaning services that were very timely and consistent with our schedule requirements. We decided to explore the possibility of purchasing a condo in the Melbourne/Satellite Beach Area. We looked on line and found several condos for sale in our price range and called a Realtor. Michelle contacted us. She listened to our story and what we were looking for and agreed to show us the condos that we identified on line. She quickly arranged the showings and answered the many questions we had about condos and the properties. We did not like the ones shown, but Michelle told us that she saw one that just came on the market that might meet our needs. It did! We fell in love with the place. Michelle then quickly contacted the seller's realtor and negotiated a reduction in the price, suggested a banker for the mortgage, and negotiated a cost of furniture that the seller was interested in leaving. We had many questions along the way to settlement. Michelle listened and sought answers in a timely manner. Michelle was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and a pleasure to be with. We heartily recommend Michelle Mckinney as an agent.

Bruce and I ran across Bart on a rental property and told him about our short sale on our house. He came looked and he took it under his wings and through a very hard ordeal because of mortgage company he fought tooth and nail on it. He never gave up even with all the frustration that came along. Bart is one in a million real estate agent. I would recommend him if you have a short sale or just looking to sale or even buy.
