Theresa was an exceptional choice for my siblings and I to sell our parents' home upon their passing. One of my siblings had used her prior to this occasion and strongly recommended her, but agreed we all needed to meet her first prior to officially hiring her. Upon meeting her and discussing our needs, it was clear that there was no need to look elsewhere. She was knowledgeable regarding the local area and market (as 3 of the 4 of us lived outside of Florida), and was very good with suggesting things to make the house show well. She kept all of us in the loop with phone calls, email and text messages. She ALWAYS reminded us that if any of us individually needed more discussion or information to better understand the process she was there for us, and she did follow through when I had a couple questions here and there. She was always quick to respond, or as soon as possible, even late into the evening when necessary.
