I have had the good fortune of having Bart Miranda realter/agent handle the sale of my residence in Americana Resort which allowed me to move back to be with my family and friends. His professionalism in dealing with the Mortgage company, Closing/Title company, buyers of the property and other agencies involved with this sale and handling any concerns they presented with quickly answered questions and resolutions, that made it go through efficiently and smoothly. Teresa went above and beyond her expertise as a real estate. Agent, she was very knowledgeable of the space coast area. Questions l had for her she knew the answers. She showed me the properties I wanted to see. She did an amazing job. She also came across another property. I didn't have on my list, and wanted to know if I wanted to look at it, which I agreed. She told me that the property was a newer property. She had the paperwork with her for that property. When I looked at it, it was what I was looking for.
