Barbara Lyn, who I must say, is the best realtor in all the land. She was extremely proactive in helping me purchase my new home. She was there every step of the way. I have purchased many homes over the years and she is by far the best realtor I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This is a very difficult time to be the first in to get the house of your choice and Barbar Lyn is the agent to make it happen.

Kerry and her team were professional and available to us whenever we needed. Selling your home can be a stressful process, and Kerry helped us with all of the details.. Her advice about price point and how everything would go, was spot on. We had a great experience from listing to closing!!!

We had to sell our home in a hurry. Kerry worked hard to get our house sold quickly but also we sold our house for much more than we originally thought that we could get for it. Kerry answered any and all questions we had. No matter what time of day/night it was she always responded to my calls or texts. Kerry went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend Kerry Ramage if you are buying or selling a home. Kerry has made our selling process a very pleasant experience.

Barbara went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We were not local so she handled everything that we could not be onsite to handle. She was professional, expeditious, stayed on top of everything and gave us excellent guidance. We could not have asked for a better realtor!

She listed our home and we got full asking price 4 days later. Unfortunately two days before closing our entire home flooded from a broken pipe under the slab. Her husband was quickly there to assist my boyfriend in trying to dry everything up and help locate the leak. She was there every step of the way helping us answer questions considering this was our first home and first time dealing with these unforeseen circumstances. She talked me through not completely losing my mind and gave me words of encouragement when I felt completely defeated. We did repairs and our home was sold one month later. She is amazing and extremely family oriented. I felt she truly fought for us and wasn’t just an agent, she became a family friend. We would of been lost without her.
