Karin was recommended to us by a family member who had used her services in the past. We wanted to purchase a newer home in Satellite Beach in a specific area. We found her very knowledgeable, professional, experienced and personable. She knew the area very well and had “local knowledge “ on several homes and their history. Being a long time resident of Satellite Beach she even knew the local builders and the quality of their work. Once we realized how competitive the market was, she got aggressive and we secured a contract on our forever home. After the contract was signed, she was busy arranging inspections, solving problems, dealing with the HOA and answering our endless questions. We connected with Deborah several months before making our move from Massachusetts. We informed her what kind of house we would like to find and when we will arrive to Melbourne and Deborah kept us updated on everything that was becoming available.
