We have known Debra for many years. We have always been able to depend on her being available for us promptly when called upon, every time. She has many years of experience in the field, and her knowledge of the real estate market in this area is exceptional. We came to depend on her expertise on many occasions throughout the process. She had very sound ideas on how to show our home, how to price the listing, and also hired an excellent photographer/videographer to showcase our home. She has a great attitude, and approaches her job with a smile and with enthusiasm. We have had experience with other real estate agents before meeting Debra and she, by far, outshines the rest. We are most appreciative for all she has done for us, and would recommend her highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home anywhere in Brevard County.

We are quite experienced in dealing with RE agents, after purchasing and selling several properties. But nothing prepares you to the level of professionalism and expertise that Kerry demonstrated while working with us. We purchased the house in the height of the market, when the inventory was scarce - just as it happened with us in 2008 in NY. Yet not a single time we had any type of push from Kerry or heard anything like " it is not going to last", " you better hurry up", etc. - something we actually were expecting! Her knowledge of the area is fantastic. Her assistance and guidance through the purchase made everything so easy, that it was an enjoyable and stress-free process. (Again, I cannot say this about our previous purchases) She is always on time, if a delay – she would contact you immediately. All our communication was fast, no lost emails or “ maybe in your junk folder” approach. Her whole team is very supportive and easy to communicate with. She always tries to understand your needs, talks a lot o about the client’s requirements and demands, so that eventually we could narrow down our choices. Amazing service, beyond any description. And on top of that, such an interesting and charming person to be around!

Buying a home in this market is difficult, at best. Doing it from another state, even more difficult. Kerry was referred to us by a friend, and we were so blessed to have her to get us through this process. Her professionalism and communication are top notch. She literally drove us around for hours to find our home. We ended up purchasing a home that was in the process of being built, so we had to find a rental to stay at until it was finished. Once again, Kerry to the rescue! She found us a beautiful condo, close to the beach, at an affordable price. Our move from Massachusetts to Florida was not without challenges, but I don’t know what we would have done without Kerry’s help. From start to finish, we couldn’t have had a better realtor!!
