Theresa was an exceptional choice for my siblings and I to sell our parents' home upon their passing. One of my siblings had used her prior to this occasion and strongly recommended her, but agreed we all needed to meet her first prior to officially hiring her. Upon meeting her and discussing our needs, it was clear that there was no need to look elsewhere. She was knowledgeable regarding the local area and market (as 3 of the 4 of us lived outside of Florida), and was very good with suggesting things to make the house show well. She kept all of us in the loop with phone calls, email and text messages. She ALWAYS reminded us that if any of us individually needed more discussion or information to better understand the process she was there for us, and she did follow through when I had a couple questions here and there. She was always quick to respond, or as soon as possible, even late into the evening when necessary. I never once felt that our situation was put on hold to represent others-- meaning I always felt we were her only clients. That is an amazing person who can balance her professional and personal life like that. The one sibling that did live in Florida was in more direct contact with her mainly due to logistics as the house was getting prepared to go on the market, but I know she worked hard to make our house sale go so smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend Theresa to anyone, as I have personally experienced buying and selling my own homes with 5 different realtors over the years.

Theresa has been our go-to realtor for many years now. She has assisted us in the purchase and sales of three different properties over the years, and each time I am reminded and impressed with her market knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism. Beyond that, she really does ask for and listen to her client’s needs and wishes. She is patient and understanding, and seems to be tireless in her efforts for each step along the way in the process. As an example, each of our three interactions were a little different in scope and purpose, culminating with the sale of my parent’s house last month after their passing. We (between 4 children who inherited their home) were geographically separated between 3 states and another country, so coordination was key. She took on the difficult task of keeping everything in order, especially when it came time for required signatures on documents, and never missed a beat. The transaction, from initial discussion to final closing went as quickly and as smoothly as could be hoped for, and Theresa has my thanks and has earned my respect for her hard work.

I have nothing but positives to take away from my experience with Bart. When working with Bart expect a realtor who actually cares about you and what you need. Also, be prepared for a lot of witty jokes and sarcasm lol. He's a great guy and a great realtor, would highly recommend.
