BEST Agent ever
Marilyn Sowers is the best agent EVER! I had no idea what to do and she took charge told us what we needed to do (and we did it), and the next thing I know boom, house sold! She KNOWS what she is doing. Best decision of my life hiring Marilyn Sowers!

Simply the best!
This is the second time I've used Marilyn. The first time was good, but this time was great. She's knowledgable about every aspect of selling a home. She knows everyone in the business and is familiar with most if not all the areas btween Fort Lauderdale and Port St Lucie. She got me top dollar in just a couple of showings. Thanks Marilyn!

Smart and upbeat
Marilyn has tons of selling experience and in this market I especially appreciated her insight and advice. After 17 years in our house it wasn’t easy to move on. Marilyn kept us from getting overwhelmed and on track. I so appreciate her smarts and level headedness. Marilyn has helped us with our real-estate needs over the years, this time with selling our house, with her guidance not only did we get her suggested asking price which I thought was crazy high she helped us navigate what repairs we needed to get done and gave us contact information for contractors that were professional, fast and most of all honest and affordable. I cringe to think what would have happened had we went with other realtors we interviewed.

Excellent! Marilyn exceeded my expectations. Very professional and knowledgeable. She was very helpful communicating and dealing with several tenant issues prior to the sale. Many buyers looked at the house. But, she found a highly qualified buyer and negotiated a good deal one day after listing the property. She continued to provide support for each step of the process until and after closing. Best Realtor I have ever worked with! Couldn't have sold my rental property without her. I give Aaron and Sarah Rose five stars! They sold our condo in West Palm Beach.
All real estate transactions are stressful. These two have somehow, made it as stress-free as Humanly possible. They are efficient, true professionals, kind, understanding, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and it’s so nice that they answer your questions as quickly as possible, and work with you completely on all aspects the selling Process!! They made you feel as though no question is insignificant, and they are a wealth of information on helping with ,disposing of furniture and all the other many incidentals you have to deal with when selling a home.
