Excellent! Marilyn exceeded my expectations. Very professional and knowledgeable. She was very helpful communicating and dealing with several tenant issues prior to the sale. Many buyers looked at the house. But, she found a highly qualified buyer and negotiated a good deal one day after listing the property. On two separate occasions/visits to Florida, Sarah & Aaron assisted me selling 2 family condominiums in a state I do not live in. I've bought homes for myself before but knew nothing of owning or selling a condo. And nothing of the State of Florida. They were there for me every step of the way both times. They showed the condos non-stop. They prepared documents on time when needed (sometimes over & over during negotiations). They referred me to dependable people to help clean and empty the condos. Advised where and now to deal with utility and communication companies, liaised with the title company, etc. They returned my calls quickly, never stood me up for an appointment; never made me feel unsure, and boosted my moral when I was uncertain. They were knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done and ensured everything happened on time. They were with me every step of the way. I am grateful to have worked with them.
