Within a short time the Roses found a buyer for my condo, and at the amount I hoped for. As an out of state Investor I was very fortunate to have used Yuri's services and his expertise when purchasing a home in Wellington for investment. Yuri was on top of everything from start to finish and he could be reached anytime of the day or weekend. We had some bumps along the way that could of killed the deal but Yuri made sure all the issues were resolved before closing. If you are an Investor especially from out of state you want to use a Realtor that has extensive experience in real estate construction and investment and also great negotiation skills and of course someone you can trust to always be there since you are thousands of miles away. Marilyn is, in my estimation, an ideal real estate agent. She was open and honest with me--tempering expectations with facts-- and helped me to put out a good asking price based on her precise knowledge of the market. She walked me through all of the (often) complicated documentation. She clearly communicated her expectations and I could count on her to respond to texts and emails in a timely manner and to quickly return phone calls. In all respects she was professional as well as personable. When going under contract, she gave good counsel about what the right option was and when it was time to sign. She answered all my questions graciously and clearly, ready to repeat any information and patient to explain in greater detail.
