The market is changing and with high interest rates homes are not easy to sell at these prices now but Yuri made it look so easy and simple. He is always on top of everything and his negotiations skills are amazing. He kept me updated from start to finish and I did not worry about a thing. I knew after speaking with him in the interview that he was the person for the job. He really cared about making sure I get the most for my home and explained to me the best plan to do it. Even though my home was under contract for $30k more than the previous highest sale he made sure to send comps to the appraiser and an explanation of the renovations and why it was worth the contract price and the home appraised. I will HIGHLY recommend Yuri to all my family and friends and anyone I know that has any real estate needs.
