Lindsey is a very professional real estate agent who listened to our specific wants and needs. Since we are from out of town, her knowledge about Palm Beach County was extremely helpful. She was truthful, answered all our questions and told us all the good things about the condos while pointing out things that may need a little fix. I was VERY appreciative for that. No smoke and mirrors she was truly there to help us find the right one. From the first condo we looked at until closing day, Lindsey was there by our side and we are so thankful! We couldn't have found our home without her. We highly recommend Lindsey for all your real estate needs.

Yuri is definitely unlike most Realtors. His communication skills are exceptional. He was always available for us 24/7 and always picked up his phone. His negotiation skills are one of a kind. His experience in building homes and investing helped tremendously during the inspection process. He even went out of his way to check up on the home several times a week for us since we did not live there and it was vacant. He made sure the whole transaction went smoothly from start to finish. He truly delivers on his promise. He definitely exceeded our expectations.

This was a long distance real estate transaction. Went very smoothly. Marilyn handled getting a cleaning crew and instructing me along the way on how to get my property sold. Had a contract within 1 week of placing property on the market.
