Yuri was a very honest and knowledgeable professional. He took his time explaining the entire selling procedure. We discussed recent home sales in the area and why some were not selling as quickly. He broke down the fees and options clearly. Although my neighborhood was starting to get over saturated with several new listing each week, Yuri was very aggressive in advertising and representing the property. This resulted in multiple offers, accepting a full asking price offer the first week of listing my home.
