They successfully negotiated a very satisfactory sale for us and cleared away all the obstacles when the buyers’ agent was weeks late in delivering the proper documents to our building’s president, who was himself distracted by personal issues. Without their intervention, the closing would have failed. There were many issues involved in closing utility accounts, especially when our phone didn’t work, turning in our I.D. etc., all of which Aaron helped us resolve.
