Marlyn sold are condo in West Palm Beach very fast, it was only on the market about 6 weeks. She did a wonderful job especially since our home was in New Jersey. Marilyn was very responsive, accommodating of my schedule, and attentive to details throughout my home search and purchase. Her many years of experience show in her home inspection skills and knowledge of the local market. Marilyn worked around my schedule for showings, made good recommendations, and kept me on schedule to close on a property before my rental lease expired. She is honest about any flaws or expensive future repairs she sees in properties - not just in a rush to sell you something quickly. Marilyn goes above and beyond for her clients - for example, she noticed that one of the kitchen cabinets in my new place was missing hardware. The seller did not replace it, but Marilyn went out and bought the right hardware herself and gifted it to me at closing. She's honest, detail-oriented and an expert in her field. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Aaron and Sarah were our agents when we sold our property in Century Village. They successfully negotiated a very satisfactory sale for us and cleared away all the obstacles when the buyers’ agent was weeks late in delivering the proper documents to our building’s president, who was himself distracted by personal issues. Without their intervention, the closing would have failed. There were many issues involved in closing utility accounts, especially when our phone didn’t work, turning in our I.D. etc., all of which Aaron helped us resolve. Aaron and Sarah were always friendly, expert and thorough. We have bought and sold a number of times in a number of places-Aaron and Sarah are the best agents by far of any we have ever encountered.
