Marlyn sold are condo in West Palm Beach very fast, it was only on the market about 6 weeks. She did a wonderful job especially since our home was in New Jersey. Marilyn worked around my schedule for showings, made good recommendations, and kept me on schedule to close on a property before my rental lease expired. She is honest about any flaws or expensive future repairs she sees in properties - not just in a rush to sell you something quickly. Marilyn goes above and beyond for her clients - for example, she noticed that one of the kitchen cabinets in my new place was missing hardware. The seller did not replace it, but Marilyn went out and bought the right hardware herself and gifted it to me at closing. She's honest, detail-oriented and an expert in her field.
