From the sale of my home to the purchase of my new home, Marilyn was always available to answer questions and come up with solutions to any issues that arose. Her knowledge has no depths. If she doesn’t know the answer she will find it quickly. I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate….because who doesn’t want the best in their field working for them. Thanks, Marilyn!

As an out of state Investor I was very fortunate to have used Yuri's services and his expertise when purchasing a home in Wellington for investment. Yuri was on top of everything from start to finish and he could be reached anytime of the day or weekend. We had some bumps along the way that could of killed the deal but Yuri made sure all the issues were resolved before closing. If you are an Investor especially from out of state you want to use a Realtor that has extensive experience in real estate construction and investment and also great negotiation skills and of course someone you can trust to always be there since you are thousands of miles away. Yuri displays all those skills. He is the Realtor you need for all South Florida real estate needs.

Marilyn is, in my estimation, an ideal real estate agent. She was open and honest with me--tempering expectations with facts-- and helped me to put out a good asking price based on her precise knowledge of the market. She walked me through all of the (often) complicated documentation. She clearly communicated her expectations and I could count on her to respond to texts and emails in a timely manner and to quickly return phone calls. In all respects she was professional as well as personable. When going under contract, she gave good counsel about what the right option was and when it was time to sign. She answered all my questions graciously and clearly, ready to repeat any information and patient to explain in greater detail. I would recommend Marilyn first above anyone else and am thoroughly satisfied.

We bought a condo in Florida but live in New York. Marilyn was our eyes and ears and kept us up to date every step of the way. Couldn’t have done it without her.

I have been lucky enough to use Yuri's listing services for the last few properties that I have sold in Florida. He truly cares about each of his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure I get the most buck for my home while ensuring the transaction goes as smooth as possible from start to finish. I called him several times a day and he always picked his phone even early in the morning. He was truly always there to answer any of my questions or concerns and took care of any issues right away. The fact that he negotiated with the offers and got me more for my property than I had hoped for and set a new record price in the neighborhood even was an icing on the cake. I've worked with my Realtors over my 30 years of investing and Yuri is definitely at the top of the list. He is for sure my lifelong Realtor in south florida. You will definitely be 100% satisfied when using his services.

Rise is the best there is out there. We listed our home and we got exactly what she told us. The process was easy and she handled everything from the listing to negotiation to actual closing. If your looking to list or buy in wellington or in wycliffe The siegrist team is the best there is in the area.

Yuri was definitely the most professional and knowledgeable REALTOR I have worked with in all my real estate transactions. I had another realtor I worked with prior to meeting Yuri but after speaking with Yuri and seeing his knowledge firsthand of the real estate market and how motivated he was in helping my family find our dream home I decided to use Yuri as our realtor and couldn't be happier with our decision. He always picked up his phone no matter what time or day I called him. If I wanted to see a property right away he would do everything in his power to meet me there right away. He found my family our dream house and negotiated a deal for us and even beat out other cash deals. His negotiation skills are superb. He even negotiated a nice credit for us after the inspection. He was there every step of the way from start to finish. He communicated with the selling agent, mortgage broker, title company, inspector etc to make sure everything went as smooth as possible until closing. You can bet Yuri will be my go to REALTOR for all my future real estate transactions.
