Yuri was a hard working and trust worthy realtor! Yuri worked around the clock and was always available for our questions at any time. He found a buyer for our asking price and closed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Yuri to sell any home in the South FL area as he was able to provide comparative local houses to bring us to a correct pricing that got it sold quickly.

Working with Marilyn was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable on her field and one can tell, she is very on top of things and you really feel like she is on your side and not just a commission. As a first time homeowner she took the time to explain every step of the process. I am so thankful that she was with me and helped me find the place that I loved and now I get to call home.

Yuri was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us get our house ready and in selling the house. When we were no longer in Florida, he would meet the contractors needed to fix the issues found on the inspection to make sure everything was done correctly. He truly cares about his clients and is very knowledgeable in the business. We definitely recommend him and will use him again if we decide to buy a house in Florida in the future!

Yuri was on holiday in Portugal when I first connected with him. I quickly felt a good connection; he was prompt in his response, upfront in his dealings, and helpful in inputs in related aspects much beyond the purchase of the home. When we connected, he was the seller's agent, but we soon felt comfortable working with him and never had to use an agent on our end. Thank you, Yuri!

Rise is one the best Agents in Wellington and Wycliffe. She and her team are excellent at marketing and they sold out house in a matter of days. What I like most about Rise is she understands the market and gives you honest answers and feedback.

Yuri was a very honest and knowledgeable professional. He took his time explaining the entire selling procedure. We discussed recent home sales in the area and why some were not selling as quickly. He broke down the fees and options clearly. Although my neighborhood was starting to get over saturated with several new listing each week, Yuri was very aggressive in advertising and representing the property. This resulted in multiple offers, accepting a full asking price offer the first week of listing my home. He takes pride in his profession and is very knowledgeable regarding the current housing market. I would definitely recommend Yuri Skutnik for your next home sale or purchase.
