Yuri was definitely the most professional and knowledgeable REALTOR I have worked with in all my real estate transactions. I had another realtor I worked with prior to meeting Yuri but after speaking with Yuri and seeing his knowledge firsthand of the real estate market and how motivated he was in helping my family find our dream home I decided to use Yuri as our realtor and couldn't be happier with our decision. He always picked up his phone no matter what time or day I called him. If I wanted to see a property right away he would do everything in his power to meet me there right away. He found my family our dream house and negotiated a deal for us and even beat out other cash deals. His negotiation skills are superb. He even negotiated a nice credit for us after the inspection. He was there every step of the way from start to finish. He communicated with the selling agent, mortgage broker, title company, inspector etc to make sure everything went as smooth as possible until closing. You can bet Yuri will be my go to REALTOR for all my future real estate transactions.
