I am very thankful to have Marilyn Sowers as my realtor. She is professional, attentive and really understands the real estate market. She is honest and trustworthy as well. I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed. I will definitely call her when I’m ready to purchase my next home!!
Marilyn Sowers
Marilyn was a great help and was able to quickly find me a property that fit my needs and budget. She was always very honest with her thoughts about the pros and cons of different properties which truly helped me make decisions.
Marilyn Sowers
Marilyn went out of her way to provide above and beyond services. You can trust her to do whatever is needed to expedient your sell. Example: I was in West Virginia selling my place in Florida. There was issues with my roof and some smaller items that needed some work. She over saw the work and took on the stress I would have dealt with if I could have been there. I felt every penny Marilyn (real estate co) got was earned. I have no regrets and neither will you.
Marilyn Sowers
She is honest and truly dedicated to her clients. She truly has your best interest at heart and am happy I used her for the purchase of our home. She helped us by our first home and when we were ready to sell it she helped us on that. She works long hours for you and truly accommodates your schedule within reason. My parents have been using her for years and they absolutely love her.

Lindsey is a spectacular agent. Her knowledge of the local market is second to none, as well as her patience with us and her ability to help us navigate the process. It has been 10 years since we bought a home and we see so grateful to have found someone as skilled, knowledgeable, and helpful as Lindsey. Her willingness to handle details and or is in contact with folks to help is renovate or new home was truly above and beyond. When it came to listing our home for sale, Lindsey's advice and professional approach to making it home the best it can be were invaluable. I cannot say enough how lucky and happy we are to have found an outstanding guide in Lindsey Taylor.

My husband and I thankfully found Lindsey after a horrible experience with another realtor. Lindsey was amazing and stuck with us until we finally found “the one.” We were first-time buyers and Lindsey made the entire process as easy as possible. We have been in our home for several months but still keep in touch with Lindsey. She is such a pleasure. I highly recommend her!!

Lindsey Taylor provided my family and I exceptional service. We had less than a month to vacate our rental property when we started our process and in less then 4 weeks we were able to close on our new home. Lindsey provided my wife the necessary expertise to help us make the right choice. Her market knowledge is second to none. She was extremely patient with us as we were first time home buyers and were very inquisitive. She broke down the whole process in layman terms and kept us informed throughout. I was honestly very apprehensive at the start of the process but Lindsey exceeded my expectations. She has earned my seal of approval and I look forward to working with her in the future. Thank you Lindsey for making a small miracle happen! May you continue to exceed your clients expectations.

I am recommending Lindsey to anyone I know who is looking for a realtor in Palm Beach County. She is very knowledgeable about the local market and truly understood what kind of buyer we needed to attract. We were under contract in 2 weeks and were able to proceed with our move with no issues or delays thanks to her expertise.
