Ledeen was born and raised in Southern California, and brings 30 years of experience in sales and customer service! Ledeen and her husband, Gary, decided to move to Bluffton in 2018 in order to be close to family. Upon arriving in Bluffton, Ledeen saw the growth in town and felt this would be the perfect place to make dreams come true for others. Moving gave them the opportunity to purchase a home in Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head. They wanted a community that had an active social life along with the opportunity for swimming, kayaking, pickle ball, concerts, other activities and taking their cute Schipperkes, Bosch and Shasha to the dog park to play. They also enjoy long walks on the beach and just relaxing on the patio watching the birds swoop down in the lagoon to feed. Ledeen has been real estate since 2008, and she loves helping people find their dream home.

Raised in the coastal village of Corona del Mar, I grew up surfing along the Orange County coast. I attended Corona del Mar High School along with my younger brother and twin sisters. I completed junior college at Orange Coast College and attended Long Beach State where my major study was business. In addition to being married to my beautiful wife Toni for over 33 years, I am an accomplished drummer and have spent the better part of 30 years recording and touring throughout the world. I still play professionally and can often be found playing in clubs in and around Orange County and Los Angeles, CA with my band The Altar Billies. I have even been seen putting real estate deals together backstage before a show I enjoy surfing with my 14 year old son Curren, a competitor in the WSA (Western Surfing Association) circuit and watching my 12 year old daughter Caelin dance in competitions. I began selling Real Estate with Century 21 Superstars over 17 years ago and I am currently with Re/Max Coastal Homes in San Clemente where I have achieved Executive Club status in 2016, 2017 & 2018.
