I have used Sandy (and Rich) for the purchase and sale of several homes. Sandy is very responsive and can show me a house on a moments notice. She walks me through all of the paperwork which I find daunting. When selling one house that had been occupied by renters, she helped me with the selection of new flooring, paint colors, faucets, etc. She has become a good friend over the years! And Rich has come over and helped me with a few little household repairs! And even brought me breakfast! Now that is service!
