Kate was a pleasure to work with. She handled everything with the utmost professionalism. She knows her job and handles it. I do not worry about Kate getting the research done to recomend proper pricing, or the most flattering pics done, or the proper wording for the Ad, the best selection of the pics, the best advice for selling, the laid out plan to draw the most interest, an amazing open house, the handling of potential buyers with respect. Her knowledge of the property is not the most impressed I have been by Kate, it is definately her way of handling many personalities from sellers, to buyers agents and potential buyers with grace and always in kindness. Her preparation working toward the closing is evident at the close. It is obvious that she cares about the job she is performing and wants to be the best at it. She is the BEST I have worked with over my lifetime selling or buying.

First time home buyer. Started working with Jahangir through a referral, mid home hunting became skeptical( due to his honest advices) and switched to two other agents. Only then I realized how reliable he was. Started working with him again, and bought a condo. Highly recommended especially for the first time home buyer, as there are alot of opportunists out there and he isnt greedy. It is hobby not primary source of income.
