This was my first 1031 exchange and I wouldn’t have been able to do this without his 27 years of industry experience. He is very transparent and upfront about all aspects of the transactions. In my case I had 2 buyers with competing offers, Abe was a dual agent for one who dint provide appraisal guarantee . He outright advised me to go with the other offer with appraisal guarantee even though it means less money for him.
