Terri King is the most knowledgeable and professional real estate agent I have ever worked with. Terri sold my mom's condo for OVER the asking price--a price I didn't expect we'd get--in just 48 hours! During those 48 hours, over a dozen interested parties toured the condo. The entire process--from our first meeting to closing--was so easy because Terri works very hard for her sellers. With her 30 years of experience, I felt that Terri could offer me advice and choices based on a solid knowledge of the market and her profession.
