I met Kate about six years ago when I had a rundown money pit of a house in Canton this place was the absolute worst not only did Kate Sell it for exactly what I wanted but she was able to walk me through every obstacle that was thrown in our path She was so good that when I bought a new house it was through her and then I sold that house through her. My son and his wife also used Kate to find their wonderful home. Kate helped us sell 2 houses and purchase one all at the same time. it wasn't easy but she sold them at the price we wanted and got us into our dream home. We struggled with buyers and with our own finances but she stuck through it and pulled it all off. We didn't have the credit approval we wanted for a mortgage but we had cash, she guided us through a land contract and with her knowledge of the market was able to pull it all off. She communicated regularly, many many times a day at some points to help us. She also helped us with issues at the new house to get things figured out. I would highly recommend her!
