Steve Oaks’s knowledge , skills, and ability are second to none. He was spot on in his assessment of the market area where we lived and value of our home and worked diligently and professionally to sell our home.

As luck would have it, we met Steve though our building contractor who recommended him for real estate transactions. Steve's experience guided us to the right amount for our listing price. We had other estimates above and below, but I am so glad we went with Steve. As it turned out our buyer's search wouldn't have shown our house if it had been priced slightly higher. They loved the property so much they made an offer over asking, four days after it was on the market. Other agents discounted our acreage and gave little credit for having direct access to Kensington Metro Park land. The buyers loved having access to the hiking and equestrian trails and were looking specifically for our type of property. We could count on Steve's ability to explain any concerns we had about the contract or process. He kept a constant flow of communication between the buyer's agent and us, so we knew what steps were coming next. It's good to have a knowledgeable agent at your side. However, we also did our part and made sure to respond quickly to requests for information, and to complete any tasks which were requested, by either agent.

Steve was the best. We had very little involvement in the process. Once he photographed and listed the house, we did nothing but sign a few papers when we closed. Steve took care of everything.

Our experience with Steve was excellent. His knowledge allowed us to get a price 20% more than other agent's suggested selling price. He was also very knowledgeable about the process and helped us save money in our move and fees.

Steve went above and beyond taking care of our family and making everything as easy as possible when it came to selling our house. He jumped through hoops to accommodate our busy schedule with a toddler and a baby and always looked out for what we wanted. Steve will always answer the phone and has answers to every question making us feel like we were in the best of hands throughout the entire process.

Steve has so many years of real estate experience, I don't think there's anything he hasn't dealt with. He was willing to explain the current market along with his ideas for selling our home. We felt like Steve put our house and us, at the top of his priorities. When we had questions or concerns, we were able to call or text him and get a response quickly and he would helps us to continue to move forward. We really appreciate his level of service and the purchase price he got for our house!
