Russ is very knowledgeable and provided us with all the information we needed - even for questions we didn't know we needed! He was very thorough in studying all facts and VERY patient when we changed our minds. In the long run I think he didn't get paid much per hour for his work with us and we were very happy with our results. When he worked with us to build a home, I was very happy and impressed by his ideas, suggestions, and complete knowledge of the process. Definitely a realtor I'd recommend !

Cheryl did a great job of keeping us informed through the entire process. When the first buyer failed to meet the terms of the agreement, she quickly contacted the other offers and was able to close a deal with another buyer for more than the original asking price. She also did a great job stagging the house even though a good bit of the furniture had already been moved out.

Russell was tasked with coordinating the sale and 1031 trade of our two commercial buildings for 3 residential properties, 2892 Shadow Creek Drive in Boulder being one of the three. A complicated situation such as this requires managing a small window of time to accomplish the process and exchange and Russell pulled it off with skill and determination. He gained our trust in his ability on prior real estate transactions, and we were confident and pleased to have him manage the more recent property exchanges mentioned thus far. When we moved to Colorado from New Mexico we had ridiculous expectations because we were bringing our minature goats to the city. She understood how important all our animals were and found us a spectacular home within our price range. She went above and beyond looking through HOA's , speaking to the town sheriff to ensure we wouldn't have to find new homes for our animals later on. With her help we were able to buy a new build with no HOA, a big yard, and close to a charter school for our boys. As Colorado grew and we decided it was time to move once again we called Tracy's team to help us sell our home they helped us buy. She did great research and was honest with us on how well our home would sell for. With her advice and patience when the time was right she sold our home for more than we expected. With both transitions she kept our family in mind and helped make it as smooth as possible. Without her I don't think we would've made the wise decisions we did buying and selling with her guidance.
