Very resourceful.
Cheryl did a great job of keeping us informed through the entire process. When the first buyer failed to meet the terms of the agreement, she quickly contacted the other offers and was able to close a deal with another buyer for more than the original asking price. She also did a great job stagging the house even though a good bit of the furniture had already been moved out.
