The last time I bought a house was 30 years ago. So my knowledge of the market and even the process was very, very weak to say the least. 30 years ago things moved rather slowly. Today they move a lot more quickly and it was very refreshing to have Tracy at the helm. She was extremely diligent to ensure I was understanding the process, being sure to coach, teach and guide me. I have very deep faith in her and trust her implicity. She's a real go-getter and is definitely not afraid to roll up her sleeves and jump in with both feet. By the time everything was in place, Tracy felt more like a wise confidant and very much more like a sister than a realtor Not only did I, with her help, achieve my goals, but I also gained a trusted, loyal friend!

I have used Tracy's team for many transactions over many years as both a buyer and seller. She is excellent at due diligence on price and conditions. She gives the best and most honest advice I have received from a broker. We priced this property appropriately and fair. We got what we expected and closed in less than 30 days - wow! Her marketing is well done, very accurate, and targeted to get results. The photography is beautiful, and staging is very tasteful and modern. Her communication is always timely and spot on. No unnecessary nonsense like many others in the business. She is no nonsense, competent, and confident she will get the right outcomes - and she does! She maintains a network of trusted and vetted partners for financing, appraisals, inspections, title, etc, so you don't have to do this legwork or second guess. We had a sticky situation where the buyer's inspector was grossly incompetent. I was ready to end the deal and report the inspector. Tracy approached it in a calm and professional manner and as our seller's agent she addressed a very difficult situation with positive outcomes even for the buyer. Tracy has earned our trust, and I cannot imagine using anyone else. I never give 5-star reviews, but Tracy has earned it multiple times.

Our need to sell a large multi-generational home, find a cozy home for older parents, and position ourselves for an out-of-state move would have been a challenge for any agent. Tracy's team was the best they help my parents sell there house at the beginning of the year and just recently they have help me buy my new home as well they helped my parents at the same time. you would think helping 2 clients at the same time would be hard and complicated but not for them the process was exceptional and smooth we are so happy with Tracy's team how they helped us but I want to highly thank Tracy she was the best honesty she was I would highly recommend her and would use her again without a doubt on future plans
