Tracy and her team are so attentive to your transaction. She did a market analysis before we listed it to know where our price should be. I received all the dates on the contract to add to my calendar after we went under contract so I would know what day things had to be done in order to sell my property. She has the house staged so it looks fresh and pretty and not baron. She had it set up so I get a text every time there is going to be a showing and had a beautiful flyer made for the box out front attached to her sign and on the counter inside. She is always up beat and happy to help. Her years of experience is priceless and so is having her and her team by your side in realstate.

Tracy, as a real estate agent and representative of our investment is an intelligent and careful moderator both with understanding her clients ( us) particular needs and the agent/clients on the other position. She was able to seamlessly help with suggesting excellent movers, repair contractors and alleviate last minute concerns that would have created disaster had it been up to our devises. I have not met an agent who has the same abilities in today's offering of real estate agents. Tracy also has a clear knowledge of the sales market, trends and where the market may be headed. She is realistic and honest so that we made the most of our investment without fear of becoming stale in a changing real estate climate and making the most of our investment. I have a retired real estate license, and Tracy exceeded all levels of professionalism.
