Tracy knew the challenge she was up for with my home. Being an older home with many problems did not stop her from getting 4 offers on my house in the first 48 hours of it being on the market!! Tracy has so much experience that you can not put a price tag on. Tracy came into my home and gave me the confidence that it would sell. And she exceeded my expectations over and over again! I couldn’t recommend a better realtor!! Tracy was honest and told me what I had to do to sell and everything turned out so much better than I thought! And I know that the buyers know about every problem there was and there was total transparency through this process for myself and the buyers! Tracy has the passion and drive to make the unthinkable a reality and made it so much easier than expected! She was always there to take my calls and make me feel important even though she has other clients. I wouldn’t expect this kind of an outcome on my home with anyone else but Tracy! A lot of people use the phrase 'above and beyond', but Russell truly embodies this sentiment. He was incredibly responsive, speedily addressed every concern and question we had (of which there were hundreds), and as soon as I'd send him a list of homes we wanted to check out he'd have an itinerary of appointment times to go see them within - seriously - hours. Russell is very detail-oriented and knows exactly what he's looking at, especially given his DIY-focused nature and extensive experience doing his own home projects. He helpfully raised valid concerns on each property we visited, careful to point out areas of possible concern but never once pushed his opinion on us - his primary focus was to lay out the facts and then allow us to come to a decision from there. To add to this, if there is EVER a hint of unease about a property, Russell is relentless in his pursuit of getting to the bottom of whatever it is that seems suspicious and bringing it to light. No problem is too small for him to chase down! Not only is Russell an absolutely stellar real estate agent, but he's a blast to be around and we genuinely enjoyed our time with him. We can't stress enough what a stand-up guy he is! Seriously, give him your business. You'll find the right home AND have a heck of a good time during the process.
