Tracy knew the challenge she was up for with my home. Being an older home with many problems did not stop her from getting 4 offers on my house in the first 48 hours of it being on the market!! Tracy has so much experience that you can not put a price tag on. Tracy came into my home and gave me the confidence that it would sell. And she exceeded my expectations over and over again! I couldn’t recommend a better realtor!! Tracy was honest and told me what I had to do to sell and everything turned out so much better than I thought! And I know that the buyers know about every problem there was and there was total transparency through this process for myself and the buyers! Tracy has the passion and drive to make the unthinkable a reality and made it so much easier than expected! She was always there to take my calls and make me feel important even though she has other clients. I wouldn’t expect this kind of an outcome on my home with anyone else but Tracy!
