Mark Koentopp was the listing broker when we bought our first townhome in Loveland, CO. When we decided to purchase a new unit (still under construction) in our same neighborhood, we asked Mark to put together the contract for us. He was a great information source regarding construction, the history of our area, important items of note, and the process of buying a home still in the construction phase. He walked (literally and figuratively) with us through every step of the process, and kept all aspects of the purchase contract current with changes and closing date options. Because of our comfort zone with Mark, we also chose to list the home we were in with him - an excellent decision as evidenced by a contract from the first people who saw the home, as well as the negotiated closing and move-in dates we were able to mutually agree to.

We purchased a new home through Mark Koentopp and chose to sell our existing home through him, as well. Very appreciative of his real-estate knowledge, his willingness to listen and advise, and the way he worked with us to make both sides of the transaction a win-win situation. We had a unique situation, desiring to not move out of our current home until we could move into the new one being built across the street. Mark and the selling broker worked closely so we could rent back and thus stay in place until we were able to close on our new home. All went smoothly with accommodating buyers, Mark's knowledge and advice, and some excellent negotiating.
